Fx5 (pronounced eff-ex-five) Journey offers coaching services and packages that begin with the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment . CliftonStrengths (formerly known as Strength Finders) is an assessment that identifies and rank-orders an individual's unique talents.
The assessment measures natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Resulting reports guide understanding of innate talents and how to apply them productively to do life well. The on-line assessment takes most people about an hour. Assessment takers see 177 paired statements and choose which one best describes themselves. The assessment can be accessed directly from Gallup or included in Fx5 Coaching Packages.

Fx5 offers Strengths-based coaching with a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. When people learn how to consciously seek and invent ways to apply their talents to goals and tasks, their ability to perform with excellence increases substantially.
Strengths-based coaching starts with a focus on what people do well and emphasizes and builds on those strengths to help individuals become more productive.
Strengths coaching is an effective strategy with educational goals and transitions: career planning, objectives, and productivity; business building and entrepreneurial endeavors; personal and relationship improvement including marriage, family and parenting; and even faith formation, spiritual development and mission management. Today it’s more common and effective than ever before for individuals, couples, families, groups, teams and organizations to enlist a coach to unlock, empower and activate the potential do life well.
You have a vision. You have goals. You have ideas about how to get there. But there are so many moving parts! Which tasks come first? Which steps are dependent on other actions? Where are the interdependencies?
Applying strengths to achieve goals requires an organized plan. Project management -- the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and completing work to achieve specific goals within a defined time -- goes hand-in-hand with Strengths-based coaching.
Fx5 Journey’s project management services are provided by a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified through the Project Management Institute to help you develop the road map, understand the resources, and identify what needs to be done. By helping you get organized, Journey Fx5 blazes your path to do life well.
Fx5 adopted the Ailm, the Celtic symbol derived from the letter “A” of the Celtic Ogham alphabet, because the Ailm is a significant symbol of strength. It provokes the symbolism of not only physical strength but also spiritual and mental strength.
The mark was and is used by many as a symbol of endurance, resilience, healing, protection, purification, guidance, fertility, pureness, clarity, energy and integrity -- qualities that can mature from a strengths-based approach. Notice the positivity of this symbol. In contrast to approaches that attempt to improve weaknesses, a strengths-based approach focuses and builds on what works and what is good.
With the center cross and three-part circle symbolizing light, eternity and never-ending existence, the Ailm encompasses the Celtic spiritual journey from a polytheistic belief based in nature to the Christian understanding that natural beauty emanates from the trinitarian God.
